1. Your content stays yours

You keep all rights you already hold in the text, notes and files you submit (“Your Input”) and in the maps, outlines and exports generated from them (“Your Output”).

2. Licence you grant us

To operate the Service, you grant PARALLEL TREE LIMITED a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, process and display Your Input and Your Output solely to generate your maps, deliver your exports, provide your history, and support and secure the Service. This licence ends when the content is deleted from the Service, except for copies we must retain to meet legal obligations.

3. We do not train on your content

We do not use Your Input or Your Output to train AI models, and we do not sell them. Where an external model provider helps structure your text, it is only sent the input needed for that generation, under terms that prohibit training on it.

4. Your responsibilities

• You confirm you have the rights to submit Your Input and that it does not infringe others’ rights.
• Do not submit content that breaches our Acceptable Use Policy.
• Do not submit other people’s personal data, confidential information or trade secrets without authorisation.

5. Using your exports

You may use Your Output for personal, educational, team or commercial purposes. Branding features (custom colours and logo) on Studio let you present maps as your own. AI output can be wrong or incomplete — verify it before relying on it, per the AI Disclaimer.

6. Our materials

The Branchboard software, brand, website design and illustrative imagery are owned by PARALLEL TREE LIMITED and are not licensed to you except as needed to use the Service. Last updated 14 July 2026.
