1. Subscriptions

Branchboard is sold as a recurring subscription (Mapper and Studio) billed in US dollars (USD) through Stripe. There is also a free Sprout plan. Paid plans include a monthly quota of maps that resets each period and does not roll over.

2. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from the Stripe customer portal or by contacting support@paralleltree.shop. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, and it will not renew after that. We do not charge a cancellation fee.

3. Refunds

• Because access and generation are available immediately, subscription fees for a period that has started are generally non-refundable, and unused map quota is not refundable.
• If you were charged in error, charged after cancelling, or could not access the Service due to a fault on our side, contact us within 14 days and we will investigate and refund where appropriate.
• If a generated map is not useful, regenerate it with a different diagram type, depth or wording first — regeneration is included in your plan and is the fastest fix.

4. Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy affects mandatory statutory rights you may have as a consumer where you live. For digital services that begin immediately with your consent, a statutory cancellation (cooling-off) right may not apply once the service has started, but your other consumer protections remain.

5. Free plan

The Sprout plan is free and involves no payment, so no refund applies.
